Walk Church that was, Sunday 27th March 2022
It are the surprises that often make a walk. Last Sunday it were the Wood Anemones. Having seen them out already, two weeks earlier checking the walk route, I was anxious we might have missed them. I shouldn’t have worried. The sight was breath taking; a perfect display for Mothering Sunday and the invitation to reconnect with Mother Earth.
The Gospel focused on the story of Prodigal Son. We reflected on bitterness of the older son, and how we might avoid this ourselves. By knowing, owning and using the blessing we have.
